On February 9, 2025,  Battle of the Bundle is happening! Hosted by CeeGee_Boomerang_Echo and 2ndHandSarcasm

Here are the guidelines:

1. Choose Your Best Bundle

• Curate one standout BUNDLE for auction, beginning at just $1. Other items can be pre-loaded for Buy It Now.

• Bundles will be made up of items that share similar characteristics and clearly belong together.  (Snack Bundle, Ephemera Bundle, Outfit Bundle, Glass Bundle, Plant Bundle, Jewelry Bundle etc.) If you are unsure if your bundle qualifies, please reach out to CeeGee @ boomerangecho@gmail.com 

• Bundles should be between 5-10 items. If you have questions on bundle item quantities, please reach out to CeeGee @ boomerangecho@gmail.com

2. Scheduling:

• Each seller may register for only one slot to allow more sellers to participate. 

• Schedule your show on Whatnot ASAP, ensuring you set the date and correct time zone.

• Shows not scheduled withing 24 hours of sign up may be canceled and the time slot rescheduled with another seller.

• MOD: Ceegee_Boomerang_Echo & 2ndHandSarcasm   Please note - you are allowed other MODS during your show, but they are NOT ALLOWED to bid on your BATTLE BUNDLE or enter any GIVEAWAYS.  If a MOD bids on your battle item, you will be disqualified from the competition. 

• Show Title: Battle of the BUNDLE

• Thumbnail: Save the image on this page and upload it - or find the link at www.boomerangecho.com

• Have Your Battle Bundle Posted by February 5, 2025 and ready for Preview Show on February 7, 2025.  If your show is not posted by February 5, 2025 you may be removed from the schedule and your spot may be given to another seller.

3. Prepare for the Battle of the Bundles and Your 10-Minute Spotlight:

• List your "Battle Bundle" in the Auction section of your store. Make sure to include a photo, a creative title, and a captivating story about the bundle inspiration, its origin, what makes it a BUNDLE, or why you've assembled it as your special "Battle BUNDLE."

• Load additional items into the Buy It Now section of your store.

• Include at least one giveaway in the Giveaway section of your store min $5 value NO STICKERS or ephemera.

• Spread the word and promote your "Battle Bundle" during other shows to collect pre-bids, creating a buzz around your unique items may help you take home the trophy!

•  Have Your Battle Bundle Posted by February 5, 2025 and ready for Preview Show on February 7, 2025.

4. On the Day of the Event:

• Begin your show 1-2 minutes before your scheduled start time.

• Pin your BATTLE BUNDLE auction.

• Upon receiving the raid, be ready to introduce yourself (forward facing - you can flip the camera after your introduction if you prefer), run a giveaway, and showcase any Buy It Now items. Pin your BATTLE BUNDLE and run your auction.

• Run your BATTLE BUNDLE within the 1st - 5 mins of your show to allow for issues with payment, raiding problems or general WHATNOT app glitches. 

• We recommend running the auction for 2 minutes to accommodate participants with pre-bids or auction reminders.

• DO promote your future shows and encourage viewers to follow & bookmark!
  Do NOT promote same-day shows that overlap with the train event, as it may divert viewers from the train and negatively impact fellow sellers.

• Events like these rely on teamwork, and all sellers deeply appreciate your support. If you're benefiting from this event, kindly consider avoiding simultaneous streaming to support your fellow sellers. Your consideration and support fosters a stronger community!

5. Join Us at the End of the Event:

• Stay for the announcement of the Battle of the BUNDLE winner: The seller with the highest bid for their bundle will be awarded "Best in Show" for Battle of the Bundle.

• The "Best in Show" winner will receive a trophy and bragging rights to proudly share and display during future live-streams.

• In the event of a tie, we have a plan in place to determine the winner.
