Battle of the T-SHIRTS! 

Rules and Guidelines

Battle of the T-SHIRTS! Here are the guidelines:

1. Choose Your Best T-SHIRT

§ Curate one standout T-SHIRT for auction, beginning at just $1. Other items can be pre-loaded for Buy It Now.

§ You cannot add to the auction after it has started.

2. Scheduling:

§ Each seller may register for only one slot to allow more sellers to participate. 

§ Schedule your show on Whatnot ASAP, confirming you selected the correct date, correct time (check your time zone), used the correct thumbnail, and correct title. If you do not have your show posted within 24 hours of signing up, your spot may be given to another seller.  

§ Shows not scheduled within 24 hours of sign up may be canceled and the time slot rescheduled with another seller.

§ MOD: Ceegee_Boomerang_Echo & JJShopper - Please note - you are allowed other MODS during your show, but they are NOT ALLOWED to bid on your BATTLE T-SHIRT or enter any GIVEAWAYS.  They may purchase out of the bin and bid on NON Battle Items.  If a MOD bids on your battle item, you will be disqualified from the competition and may be banned from participating in future raid trains.

§ Have Your Battle T-SHIRT Posted and ready for Preview Show on May 2, 2025.

3. Prepare for the Battle of the T-SHIRTS and Your 10-Minute Spotlight:

§ List Battle T-SHIRT in the Auction section of your store. Make sure to include a photo, a creative title, and a captivating story about the T-SHIRT’s inspiration, its origin, what makes it your BATTLE T-SHIRT, or why you've chosen it.

§ Load additional items into the Buy It Now section of your store.

§ Include at least one giveaway in the Giveaway section of your store min $10 value NO STICKERS or ephemera.

§ Spread the word and promote Battle of the T-SHIRTS during other shows to collect pre-bids, creating a buzz around your unique item - which may help you take home the trophy!

§ If you post on Instagram, please tag me ceegee_boomerang_echo and I will repost.

4. On the Day of the Event:

§ Begin your show 1-2 minutes before your scheduled start time. Check your sound, lighting and auction items.

§ Pin your BATTLE T-SHIRT auction.

§ Upon receiving the raid, be ready to introduce yourself (forward facing - you can flip the camera after your introduction if you prefer), run a giveaway and RUN your BATTLE T-SHIRT auction.

§ Run your BATTLE T-SHIRT within the 1st - 5 mins of your show to allow for issues with payment, raiding problems or general WHATNOT app glitches.  Do NOT wait till the last 5 minutes of your spot to run your BATTLE item.

§ You may sell and run other auctions after your BATTLE T-SHIRT has sold.

§ We recommend running the auction for 2 minutes to accommodate participants with pre-bids or auction reminders. 

§ Know Who You’re raiding and raid on time.  The schedule will be posted at https://www.boomerangecho.com/battle-trains/battle-of-the-t-shirts a few days before BATTLE DAY.  Schedule changes will be posted on the site as they happen. Please check back frequently to learn of any updates or changes. 

§ DO promote your future shows and encourage viewers to follow & bookmark!
       Do NOT promote same-day shows that overlap with the train event, as it may divert viewers from the train and negatively impact fellow sellers.

§ Events like these rely on teamwork, and all sellers deeply appreciate your support. If you're benefiting from this event, kindly consider avoiding simultaneous streaming to support your fellow sellers. Your consideration and support foster a stronger community!

5. Join Us at the End of the Event:

§ Stay for the announcement of the Battle of the T-SHIRT winner: The seller with the highest bid for their T-SHIRT will be awarded Best in for Battle of the T-SHIRT. If you are the winner, please be available for cohosting so we can congratulate you.

§ The winner will get bragging rights to proudly promote and be posted on the winners page at www.boomerangecho.com

§ In the event of a tie, we have a plan in place to determine the winner.
